We are reaching out to thank you for your continued support during these trying times. Due to COVID-19 and having to do curbside service, we ask for your patience and understanding that appointments are taking longer than usual. You may experience increased wait times and decreased appointment availability. We are also experiencing extremely high call volume periodically. Here are a few things to keep in mind:
Our schedule changes every day and we have to adapt very quickly to these changes
7:30 – 9 am and 4 pm to 6 pm are our busiest times of day; we ask for even more patience during these times as a bigger patient load is being assisted during these times
If you call for a same day appointment and there is not a specific time slot available, we do accept “work ins” and will do our best to accommodate you; again, please be prepared to wait longer times than normal
We realize that you have busy schedules too- please contact us when you first notice any signs of illness in your pet, the earlier in the day you contact us, the easier it is to get in the same day. We understand that when your pet is sick, you are upset and frustrated and want them well as soon as possible- we do too!
If YOU feel your pet needs to be seen immediately, please state this to the receptionist when you call. If you are not sure, several questions will be asked of you to help decide if the situation appears to be urgent or if it can wait until the next day. If we can’t accommodate you for an urgent issue, we offer other options such as referring you to our other hospital Bonds Ranch Animal Medical Center which has extended evening hours 4 days a week or referral to an emergency hospital.
Scheduling options include: Curbside appointments, Drop off appointments, Surgery and Dental appointments, Urgent work in appointments, Tech appointments, and Grooming appointments
Again, we appreciate your patience and hopefully, in the next several months, we can get back to a normal schedule seeing you with your fur babies inside the hospital. Please be assured, we are here to help our clients, our community and beloved pets.
